Overall - We are looking for a candidate who is motivated and has a deep understanding of analyzing corporate numbers and industry trends, helping target new businesses and help find the right set of counterparties for our existing online/offline M&amp;A, PE, JV, Tech sourcing deals. - Experience in Mid Market Corporate Banking/NBFC is a must. - Experience in Investment Banking (M&amp;A/PE) would be an advantage. Educational Qualification and Experience : - CA/MBA/CFA pursuing/BBA - 3 - 5 years of experience CTC Rs. 6 - 8 lakhs + Variable Pay + ESOPs Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Business Generation and revenue management - Data mining of Corporate financials for prospective clients wanting our service offering - Onboarding Large Corporates &amp; SMEs on the portal and offer our services - Active search for counterparties for M&amp;A, PE, JV, Technology deals posted on our portal - Coodinate with Investment Bankers, Financial Investors (Flash Deal) to maximise deal success! - Work seamlessly with the operations team for smart onboarding of users on our portal Skills : - Should possess a good blend of inter personal &amp; analytical skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Employment Type : Full-time
