Responsibilities:


A. Transaction support/ M&A Diligence:


Deal/ Transaction Evaluation & Screening:


- Help present opportunities to senior and executive management group as may be required


- Assess strategic fit and financial/ economic impact of opportunities


Financial modeling & valuation:


- Prepare/ review complex financial models to evaluate the robustness of an opportunity


- Apply valuation methodologies/ techniques and risk analysis as appropriate for any given company, business or sector.


Deal/ Transaction Execution:


- Responsible for end-to-end deal/ transaction management including due diligence, documentation, coordination with internal and external stakeholders.


- Define/ draft the commercial terms or non-binding/ binding offers, MoU, Letter of intent, or Term Sheets depending on the nature of transaction and work with legal teams in order to translate the same into a definitive agreement.


B. Strategic Business Development Projects:


New Business development:


- Understand & evaluate new business opportunities for the Group


- Prepare sector, competition and opportunity analysis and investment thesis


- Business plan development along with financial model


Coordination with external advisors and cross functional teams:


- Lead the project management to achieve timely conclusion with desired results


C. Executive Support:


Strategic Issue Analysis:


- Stay abreast with key developments in target sectors, including regulatory developments, industry announcements, peer set analysis, etc.


- Conduct research and present key analysis on important developments, providing management with objective and strategic recommendations.


Representational Duties:


- Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.


- Represent the Company at external meetings and events as and when required, ensuring a seamless extension of the companys vision and ethos.
