Merger & Acquisition Role - ITeS - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

We are looking for a candidate for the role of 'M&A' for a leading conglomerate into ITES Industry.

Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

- Tracking key business metrics for the company

- Investor reporting, communications

- Research and analysis of industry and competitive landscape

- Special projects on strategy and M&A

Desired Profile:

- MBA/PGDM/MS in Finance from a premier B-School.

- Strong understanding of financial statements

- High proficiency in MS Excel

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Experience:

- Around 1-3 years of post-MBA work experience in any of the following areas:

Financial Planning/MIS/Equity Research/Investor Relations/Corporate Strategy/M&A/Consulting
