Merger & Acquisition Lead - BFSI (2-7 yrs)
We are basically looking for someone who had worked into
- Buy side
- Hunter - first pitch with clients, identify industry companies for mergers
- Consult seniors
- M&A Transaction
- Financial modelling
- Transaction advisory
Roles and Responsibilities :
- The primary responsibility for this person shall include transaction management.
- Identifying targets in EdTech industry
- Competition MIS
- Financial Modelling & Valuation Exercise
- Decisive Analysis for targets
- Actively participating in M&A network
- Handholding the merger / acquisition process
- Stakeholder Management
Mandatory Skills :
- Analytical mind, motivation and interpersonal skills
- Financial Modelling, Knowledge of Valuation Techniques, Making error-free pitch books, Accounting skills, Core Industry Knowledge, Updated on a global business landscape, Knowledge of corporate law and merger process.
Salary : Open
Qualification : CA or MBA
Years : 2- 4 years
Also look for MBA from IIM full time if they have 1 yr. of experience in M&A, we can still consider.
Location : Mumbai or Bangalore
Position : 1
Preferred from edtech, education industry, training, or any service industry is fine.
