- Mercom is looking for an experienced Human Resources Professional with a successful history of working in the Media, Conferences, and Research Media industry. The candidate should be skilled in Executive Search, Internet Recruiting, and HR Policies.

- Candidate must have strong hiring skills and manage the end-to-end recruitment process

- Identifying candidates through job portals, existing database, job postings, LinkedIn, and other job boards (Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and Indeed)

- Experienced in all aspects of recruiting, including requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and extending offers.

- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy to maximize growth

- Implement and use the latest HR technologies and processes

- Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management.

- Assessing training needs and developing learning initiatives for employees

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements.

- Respond to human resources-related inquiries.

- Assist with payroll processing.

- Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.

- Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation.

- Develop and maintain talent management processes.

- Ensuring performance appraisals are completed on time and set goals with management assistance.

- Maintain attendance records

- Monitor and conduct activities to improve employee morale

- Conduct disciplinary meetings promptly as per the company guidelines

- Maintain employee personnel records.

- Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
