- Spearhead Commercial Marketing Strategic programs

- Lead Commercial Marketing Initiatives which are multifunctional and strategic

- Work on innovative tools and technologies to help build programs in brand recognition and business development

- Explore on the opportunity for co-Marketing and collaborative programs.

- Structure Campaign management in conjunction with Product Management and focused Market Segments or effective execution

- Adopt and conceptualise Data Driven Digital Campaigns

- Innovate tools for campaign effectiveness

- Consolidation & Development of product campaigns and India Marketing flight plans

- Spearhead channel ( distributors ) growth through focused campaigns

- Campaigns planning and execution

- Distributor effectiveness and learning ( tools and technologies )

- Manage key projects within Commercial Marketing in the capacity of Project Manager

- Act as project Manager for effective stakeholder management (Internal & External)

- Act as single point contact for consolidated communication

- Deliver the projects on timely manner

- Marketing & Business Data Analytics

- Build necessary relationship with Media & PR teams for effective Branding programs

- Communication ownership for Marketing Data on Monthly basis

- Provide Valuable insights and analysis in conjunction with product and Segment marketing team

- Provide market and competitive insights to the teams to help fine tune local tactics

Work closely with other functional groups - sales, technical sales, customer excellence and sale enablement to chalk out

Key Accountabilities :

- Tactics development and execution for Marketing

- Project Management

- Campaign Activation - analytics and execution

- Brand management - Digital space

Desired Qualification :

- MBA from reputed University with Basic Education in Science or Technology

- Strong Analytical Skillset with ability to use key tools like Excel with Macros, power BI

- Knowledge of digital marketing

- Excellent Communications (English) and PowerPoint Skill sets

- Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to work in a matrixed organisation

- Excellent time management, problem solving and analytical skills
