Responsibilities:

- Who will work closely with the business stake holders and delivery team to evangelize, consult, recommend customers to realize value out of their investments in Informatica's products mainly - IDMC framework and help solve their digital transformation challenges.

- Design, develop, test, implement, and troubleshoot ETL mappings and workflows in a large Data Warehouse environment

- Serve as a counsellor and adviser to customers and a technical coach to co-workers, exhibit High Impact leadership culture

- Maintaining stability and performance of the Data warehouse system and all its components.

- Troubleshoot and correct complex technical and functional issues/bugs in Scheduling tool (Go Anywhere) Business process and maps.

- Engage and interface directly with Informatica LLC as and when required for product support/questions.

- Provide established level of service and support of Informatica to ensure minimal business disruption.

- Understand and analyze business requirements.

- Lead the effort to implement best practices and ensure consistency in designs.

- Communicate and coordinate development with other technical teams.

- Communicate project status and support project managers.

Education:

- Bachelor's or Master degree in computer science or related discipline required.

Experience:

- 14+ Years of related experience with strong technical understanding of ETL concepts and hand-on experience on more than one ETL tool preferably with in-depth knowledge of Informatica (PowerCenter, IDMC framework)

- 5+ Years of experience with Strong database experience, data analysis and analytical skills.

- 3+ Years of experience with Informatica Cloud (IDMC framework)

- Experience with establishing the roadmap for the ETL /ELT practice for I-PaaS and providing leadership with an on-going focus on reusability, scalability and innovation within the community of practice.

- Experience with API/first architecture design, distributed systems (e.g., microservices, Virtualization) and cloud infrastructure for large scale data warehouse, data lakes, data fabric

- Extensive hands-on experience with building tools/accelerators for migrating from one ETL tool to other including migrating to IICS etc.

- Provides guidance to the Infrastructure team for ETL application server architecture requirements and disk capacity/performance needs

- Experience with managing a community of practice consisting of ETL developer responsible for data movement and transformation across various data assets using multiple ETL tools including Informatica, Talend, Ab Initio, IBM DataStage etc is strongly preferred.

- Experience in conceptualizing the solution, estimating and planning the implementation/delivery of ETL development/enhancements

- Would be responsible for providing architecture and design, use case development and solution implementation advice.

- Prepare and deliver differentiated solution presentations or technical proposals.

- Expert level knowledge and skills in Data Modelling at an enterprise level required.

- Knowledge of a variety of data sources (SQL, flat files, spreadsheets, non-SQL data, SAP, XML, Oracle, Redshift, IMS, cloud sources like AWS) required.

- Looking for profiles with 2+ years of experience on Informatica IDQ - Developer and Analyst tool (Should have used data quality transformations, like Address Validator, Consolidation, Exception, Key Generator, Match, and Multi-Strategy Transformations)

- Able to build data quality metrics and reports - Dashboards, Data Profiles, Scorecards and Exception Management (Human task)

- Good to have Informatica Admin knowledge and exposure to Informatica EDC.

- Experience writing complex SQL, PL/SQL,Python,MLcoding and Performance optimization is a plus

- Working knowledge of batch and real time processing scheduling tools like Informatica scheduler, GoAnywhere and API Integration.

- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.

- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex business reporting requirements required.

- 4+ years of experience in Informatica Data Governance/CDGC and emerging tech products - EDC, Axon, DQ, IICS etc.

- Expert-level skills in Informatica DG implementation - Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC) and/or Axon

- Ability to lead in a cross-functional, matrix team environment and integrate activities with other teams within IT to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts required.

- Ability to work and manage a variety of tasks and work within an environment with competing priorities required.
