Your role: As a senior leader and Associate Director Digital Product Management you will oversee and coordinate projects and support operations associated with Collaboration and Messaging, End Point Engineering, Infrastructure-related application development, Virtual desktop/DoD environment, Lotus Notes and SharePoint support. You will be responsible for a team of upto 100+ FTEs, that provides 24X7 support globally. - Key Responsibilities:- - Manage Collaboration and Messaging (O365 Landscape), End Point Engineering, Software packaging (SCCM) life cycle management and support, Virtual desktop/DoD environment, Lotus Notes and SharePoint teams - Manage Infrastructure-related applications incl. SAAS - Develop and administer relevant processes and review KPIs on periodic basis to ensure that controls, policies, and procedures are operating effectively - Provide management oversight for the identification, triage and response of all events or all incidents/requests related to the team's platforms - Produce and review aggregated performance metrics - Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency by developing process improvement, continuous training and mentorship - Play a significant role in long-term strategy and planning, including initiatives geared toward operational excellence - Provide first line of supervision to direct reports and provide relevant directions to the team including mentoring and coaching - Manage a team of upto 100+ FTEs, that provides 24X7 support globally Professional Skills, Qualifications and Experience: - - 10+ years of experience as people leader, 15+ years in IT Infrastructure - In depth knowledge of SAAS, Collaboration and Messaging (O365 Landscape), End Point Engineering, Software packaging (SCCM) life cycle management and support, Virtual desktop/DoD environment, Lotus Notes and SharePoint support. - ITIL process experience on all phases of IT Service Management with proven expertise in Infrastructure Management Services, Design, Service Delivery and Global IT operations. Certification in ITIL Service Operation a plus - Demonstrated experience in managing global projects in matrix organization spanning global teams - Knowledge of ITSM tools, Windows/Networking/iOS/Android devices/Platforms - Excellent interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, communication and analytical skills - Excellent organizational planning and people management skills - Master's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent - Proficiency in English What we offer: With us, there are always opportunities to break new ground.
