Role : - Manage and own merchant relationship end to end for us in the city - Responsible to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention of B2C and B2B merchants - Drive and execute strategy to establish long term category focus for us - Lead the sales and Account Management teams to drive efficiency, quality and achieve targets - Steer conversations with merchants on commissions and promotional discounts - Scale up our Business - our B2B offering for local businesses - Build a team that embodies our values; ensuring consistent learning and growth.
