Job Title : Senior Analyst/ Manager/Senior Manager (Policy Regulatory)


Reports to : L1 Director, Policy and Regulatory; L2 Partner


Job Purpose :


- Lead and execute assignments in Regulatory /Policy /Tariff /Commercial related matters pertaining to Generation (including Renewable) /Transmission/Distribution Utilities


- Manager & Senior Manager level positions will have expectations of leading and mentoring team members and also include business development activities


Experience and Qualification :


Level wise experience as below :


- Sr. Analyst - 3 to 5 years, Manager - 5 to 7 years, Senior Manager - 7 to 10 years


- MBA (Finance/ Power/Energy) and B.Tech (preference to Electrical/Mechanical), CAs are also encouraged to apply


Duties and Responsibilities :


- Lead regulatory projects of power sector clients, i.e., Regulatory Commission, Power Utilities, Private Power Companies.


- Comfortable to contribute/manage regulatory assignments including Regulation framing, MYT/ARR, tariff, business plan, etc.


- Develop and manage key client relationships for clientele in private power companies, government utilities and regulators.


- Flexibility to work in additional areas such as bid advisory, financial appraisal, distribution performance monitoring, etc.


Required Skills :


- Expertise in financial/tariff modelling of Utilities (G-T-D) and must have led/managed junior teams


- Prior power sector consulting experience in a firm of repute preferred.


Working Condition /Location :


- Multiple positions for Delhi, Mumbai & Lucknow base locations


- Closely work with senior people of the firm with regular analytical interactions
