Funded Technical Institutes ONLY (Mandatory) - M.Tech or MBA in Finance/Operations/Power Management (Preferred) - Experience of working with distribution utilities/ transmission utilities/ generation companies - Experience in full life cycle implementation (SDLC) of at least two projects Required Skills : - A self-starter with ability to function independently - Ability to maintain customer relationship right from initial requirement gathering through negotiations and long contract periods - Thorough understanding of the Technical and Commercial aspects of a Power Distribution System - Good knowledge of Energy Metering &amp; Billing Process (AMR, AMI and Prepaid Metering Systems, Net Metering) (IT Point of View). At least have audited one billing system - Complete insights of Theft and Pilferages in a Power Distribution System and its reduction techniques and initiatives through use of technology - Experience of Creating IT-enabled Performance measurement framework (key indicators, dashboard, forward warning signals) for Discoms, including the online tool for data collection, collation, and analysis. - Experience in designing and implementing WEB based projects. Also in data warehousing, data analytics, database queries and MIS - Strong analytical skills using advance IT tools Working conditions / Location : The base location would be Lucknow The applicant should be open to travel at short notice within and outside country to manage Projects &amp; project tours for long period. He/ She should also be willing to relocate (if required) to other locations within country based on project requirements.
