Job title : Analyst - Policy and Regulatory Reports to : L1 - Manager, Policy and Regulatory; L2 - Director, Policy and Regulatory Job Purpose : - Position shall be responsible for handling Regulatory/Policy/Tariff/Commercial related matters pertaining to Generation/Transmission/Distribution Utilities Experience and Qualification : - 0-2 years of relevant experience in a reputed consulting firm/GTD Utilities - B. Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical from NITs/IIITs and top Govt. Funded Technical Institutes Only (Mandatory) + MBA in Finance/Power Management (Preferred) - CA/CWA Duties and Responsibilities : - Delivering consulting projects in a timely and efficient manner - Preparing Project Proposals / Technical documents for participating in bids Required Skills : - Working knowledge of the Indian Power Sector, including its commercial, technological and regulatory drivers - Analytical and project management skills including the ability to implement projects (including more than one project at a time) and interacting with clients - Strong expertise in MS Excel based Financial Modeling - Strong written and oral communications skills Working conditions / Location : The base location would be Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The applicant should be open to travel within and outside country to manage Projects. He/ She should also be willing to relocate (if required) to other locations within country based on project requirements.
