Analyst - HR Job title : Analyst - HR Reports to : L1 Senior Analyst (HR), L2 Partner Roles and Responsibilities : - Active participation in talent acquisition and recruitment processes - Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form - Responsible for cold calling and scheduling interviews with potential talent by effectively communicating the employer brand - Preparation of various excel reports for HR operations activities - Providing support to Seniors in daily activities - Coordinating with other support functions as and when required - Carrying out other tasks as assigned Qualifications and Key skills required : - Regular Bachelors Degree (any) and Masters degree in HR or similar - 1-2 years of proven work experience as a recruiter or in a similar role - Good communication skills and other soft skills - Proficiency with MS office - Should be able to handle the critical employee data with honesty and integrity Work Location : Nehru Place, New Delhi
