Experience: 3-4 years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Industry Preference: E-commerce/Retail

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial health and compliance.

- Manage P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow to drive business performance.

- Ensure compliance with taxation, GST, and statutory regulations specific to the e commerce/retail sector.

- Lead financial audits, internal controls, and risk management processes.

- Optimize working capital management, vendor payments, and inventory costing.

- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights for strategic decision making.

- Implement and enhance financial processes, automation, and ERP systems.

Key Requirements:

- CA-qualified with 3-4 years of experience in financial planning, controllership, and compliance.

- Strong background in the e-commerce or retail industry with knowledge of inventory accounting and digital payment reconciliations.

- Expertise in financial modeling, MIS reporting, and taxation (GST, direct/indirect taxes).

- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
