MEP Head - High Rise Building Projects

MEP Head position. Location : Mumbai

- Candidate should be from BE-Mech or Electrical but with a strong knowledge about MEP

- He should be 18-20 years of exp

- He should be from contracting background

- He should have high rise building design exp

- Experience in High-rise building projects

- Design, Engineering & Execution

- Excellent technical skills in design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of building mechanical system like plumbing, firefighting, air-conditioning with interfacing for civil, structures, electrical system equipment's.

- Experienced in installation & commissioning of building MEP activities - Soil, waste & vent plumbing piping, water supply piping, overhead/underground tank, Hydro pneumatic pumping system, fire sprinkler & hydrant piping, chillers, exhaust fans, pumps, cooling Towers, AHU/FCU, piping, STP, WTP, Boiler, DG sets, Transformers, HT/LT electrical panels, LPG gas piping & kitchen equipments, Cold storage, Medical gas piping etc.

- Scheduling of project activities & preparing the complete execution activities, Planning and monitoring of erection activities. Ensure preparation of detail schedule according to requirement. Monitor progress of the site and report to management. Monitoring it on day-to-day basis and coordinating all important project activities and timely completion.

- Plan and schedule for all areas of project from commencement to commissioning. Engineering, Equipment Delivery Schedule, Civil & Structural work, Mechanical Fabrication & Erection.

- Availability of sufficient manpower, construction equipment's and other resources for the timely completion of project.

- Managing contractors and workers at site. Scheduling weekly meetings with all contractors to monitor weekly and daily progress. Coordinate with consultants, architects, other contractors and vendors. Checking of RA Bills of contractors and detail measurement and verification and commercial closure.
