MEP Expert (3-12 yrs)
ROLE: MEP- GLOBAL CONSULTANT
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
- Provide Technical oversight, support and guidance for the region in Sustainable Operations.
- Identify, develop and pilot new and innovative MEP technology in-region and collaborate with global team to share learnings and best practices.
- Consult on specific projects to provide expert review of MEP Systems as required to support sustainability goals. Expertise in designing mechanical systems.
- Expertise on extensive knowledge of HVAC, piping tools like Revit Mep, BIM 360, MagiCad for AutoCad.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?
We are looking for someone dynamic professional who possesses a strong drive for results.
- You'll need to have the below in generous quantities to succeed in this role
- 3-8 years of experience in building MEP Systems.
- Exposure to international Markets is must, Preferably US/EUROPE.
- Leading new or Startup based Projects where process will need to be defined, implemented and iterated.
- Excellent and project management skills including work prioritization, planning, task delegation, defining and measuring internal performance.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to Handle multiple competing priorities and projects in Fast Paced Environment.
