Roles and Responsibilities: - You will be responsible for all the implementation that will happen in various schools, colleges, universities, test prep classes, corporates OR any other such place. - Preparing detailed visualization of the event, with respect to the number of people required and responsibilities of each individual. - Designing the process flow of the entire event and executing the same with the help of the team. - Manage logistics of the entire implementation viz. arranging all the collaterals, tabs, presentations, presenter, manpower etc. - Ensuring optimal use of all resources viz. people, collateral, admin support and ensure efficiency and cost management. - Create SOP for implementation and ensure that the role holder and the team follows all such processes. - Responsible for all the activities related to Mentoria Implementation - Pre, during and Post Implementation including promotion/branding.
