The role of Mentoria's Regional Business Manager : Corporates, will involve you leading and building one of Mentoria's key revenue streams. This is an individual contributor role to begin with.

- There's a dual issue for most middle-senior management in any organisation, as they are parents who are grappling with a near impossible task - helping their children (Class 8 - College Undergraduates) identify and pursue careers they will enjoy and excel at. This task takes up a huge amount of mental space and is the cause of enormous stress for parents.

- Organisations wonder why their internal stakeholders aren't "truly" engaged and contributing to the success of the organisation, and attempt various means to 'engage' employees (picnics/adventure sports/reward and recognition programmes) but in vain, as the root cause(s) aren't being tackled.

- You will be connecting with organizations in Mumbai and Pune to ensure they move away from 'checklist engagement' activities and do something that actually creates an impact for their employees - ensure that their employees' children discover themselves and their ideal career paths to live a happier and more successful life.

To break it up :

- Building a network of corporate that will use the Mentoria Solution as an employee engagement/wellness tool/CSR activity.

- Everything from acquisition, retention and growth to delivery at our partners will be your responsibility.

- You will be responsible to create brand Mentoria in the corporates space.

What do you need to apply for this role?

- 2-4 years of experience of selling experience

- Experience of selling HR solutions to organizations

- Ability to communicate like a rockstar

- A driving passion that will help you collaborate with us to achieve this nation transforming ambition.
