Roles and Responsibilities : Your role will be managing the ecosystem of stakeholders within the corporate segment and develop Mentoria's business amongst them. Identifying Business Opportunities : - Identifying corporates within launch cities and connecting with their HR Heads/Teams tocommunicate the benefits of the Mentoria Solution - Creating an acquisition strategy with a mix of push and pull creating initiatives. - Skim, Scan & Select: Selecting trendsetting corporates to start selling to early adopters. - Getting innovative with business opportunities: Identifying stakeholders within HR associations (NHRD), corporate associations and lobbies (ASSOCHAM, NASSCOM, etc.) who would appreciate a platform like ours and recommend us! Sales & Communication : - Building the Mentoria brand within corporate institutions. - Making presentations to various stakeholders & decision-makers within organizations to help them understand the benefits of the Mentoria Solution. - Negotiating with corporates on the per employee cost. - Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing contracts, integrating contracts with requirements & business operations. Building Relationships & Annuity : - Building strong relationships with corporates by providing support, information & guidance. - CRM : Managing relationships with all of our clients and stakeholders through different initiatives that add immense value. - Ensuring that Mentoria continuously engages & updates all stakeholders in corporates/organisations that we're interacting with to build long-term, durable, and mutually beneficial relationships.
