Role & Responsibility

- Deliver Sales goals on online marketplaces along with P&L Responsibility

- Execute the Joint Business Plan for driving profitable sales growth for India and global marketplaces

- Negotiate and Own the "Terms of Trade" with Ecom customers for a Win-Win partnership

- Customer Management- Building relationships with the E-Com retailers at each level - Front end operations, Product Assortment, Supply chain, Distribution and CRM, and brand marketing activities to increase the digital presence of the brand and product performance.

- Assortment: -Improving assortment on platforms & driving listings of new launch with speed

- Promotions - Understanding the Key Business Drivers for each account and formulating an activation calendar in line with that.

- Coordinating with Internal Mensa central marketing team to work on demand generation initiatives

Qualification & Experience Requirements :

- MBA in Sales & Marketing with 2-8 years of experience

- The Ideal candidate should have worked as a category Manager with an online retailer or has been a KAM for the E-Commerce channel with a leading brand

- Data orientation and strong analytical skills

- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
