- Minimum 4-5 years- experience

- MBA from reputed institute

- Possessing good communication and collaboration skills to lead and work in concert with diverse groups effectively

- Good analytical skills for problem solving and presentation skills

- Driving the strategic initiatives of the company

- Data analysis of metrics projects and deriving key insights improvising the Operation processes of the company research in company's business area in terms of finding potential customers, partners and competitors and carving out the GTM strategy

- Accountable for reporting contracted, committed & upside revenue to the Senior Management.

- Gathers important information regarding risks and opportunities for impending and ongoing M&A activities, translating this information into fact-based and well-reasoned insights on the valuation and structural impact of the merger or acquisition.
