About the Job:

Designation: Accounts and Finance Manager

Job Location: Goa

What Youll do:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial activities of our real estate firm.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives

Job Responsibilities:

Financial Operations:

- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports

Accounting Operations:

- Manage day to day accounting function such as bank transactions, petty cash and vendor bill processing.

- Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements

Taxation and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including preparing and filing returns for TDS, GST and other applicable taxes.

Financial Analysis:

Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision making.

- Prepare detailed review for stakeholder review

Vendor and customer management:

- Manage accounts payable and recievables processes, ensuring timely payments to vendor.

- Perform vendor reconciliations and manage aging reports

Internal control and Audits:

- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance

MIS Reporting:

- Prepare and present management information system reports, including cash flow statements, customer aging reports and vendor aging reports

- Manage banking relationships and ensure efficient banking operations. Oversee cash management, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.

Job Specifications:

- Bachelors/ Masters degree in Accounting and Finance or related field.

- Proven experience of minimum 5 -9 Years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Proficiency in Accounting software (Tally Prime)

- Strong Knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.

- Team Management abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
