Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Omnichannel Execution Program Manager to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, omnichannel marketing, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and digital marketing. As an Omnichannel Execution Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns to maximize customer engagement and deliver business results.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management :
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of omnichannel marketing campaigns and projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure effective project communication and stakeholder engagement.
Omnichannel Marketing :
- Develop and implement omnichannel marketing strategies to create a seamless customer experience across various channels (online and offline).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts and messaging across channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and tactics.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud :
- Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Configure and automate customer journeys to deliver personalized content and experiences.
- Monitor and report on email marketing performance metrics.
Digital Marketing :
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to integrate digital channels into the omnichannel marketing strategy.
- Implement digital marketing initiatives, including social media, online advertising, and SEO/SEM.
- Track and measure digital marketing campaign effectiveness.
Team Leadership :
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team and ensure their achievement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field MBA is a plus.
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on omnichannel marketing and project management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other marketing automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
