Job description


Roles and Responsibilities :


- Manage daily administrative and HR operations in our plant facility.


- Responsible for all recruitment process, on boarding process and to manage employee life cycle.


- Ensure safety and efficiency of the facility


- Responsible for all statutory and legal compliances at respective location. Time to time meeting with local government representative.


- Responsible for organizing and managing CSR activities at respective location.


- Direct reporting to Head HR and Plant Head.


- Responsible for respective location payroll management, attendance management, contract management.


- Remain in compliance with facility ISO standards and all HSE guidelines.


- Prepare, analyze and issue production and performance reports as and when required by top management.


- Maintain all administrative records.


- Control costs to achieve company budget goals.


- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program.
