Strategy & Operations - Planning

- Own end to end planning activities for Farmiso business, responsible directly for Forecasting accuracy

- Planning requirement - With adequate resources in team, work with various central and category . Responsible for forecasting, Merchandising, Inventory Planning, Demand/Capacity Planning.

- Operations requirement - Build and drive operational efficiency, drive own team to work with supply chain design and operations team for bringing efficiencies order management, DOH, inventory profile, vendor wise replenishment, fill-rates, delivery schedule adherence.

- Build on activities in nascent stage, to be equipped to get deep into key problems in above and related areas and solve them for scale and sustainably

- The role will involve a mix of product & process-driven problem solving and would need the individual to focus on providing sustainable solutions.

- Developing and implementing new processes to increase capacity utilization or improve efficiency of current operations.
