What will your role be at Meesho? - You will be leading the category marketing team, responsible for planning and executing on site promotions and reseller communication with an objective of driving more app opens and deeper engagement for resellers. Key activities involve - Planning and executing onsite promotions, ensuring right promotion mix to meet daily platform metrics like app opens, views, shares etc. - Managing all reseller communications through various modes - PNs, SMSs etc. optimized for maximum ROI and topline impact - Execute various reseller engagement events like leader board, gamification with an objective of maximizing reseller engagement and activity - Partnering with category teams in optimizing and building multiple marketing proposition and executing them to meet platform and category targets - Work with product and tech on building marketing features and automating processes for better user engagement - Provide thought leadership and building a dynamic marketing engine to propel reseller growth and engagement Who are we looking for? - 5+ years of post MBA work experience, preferably store management /growth role in an ecommerce start up. - Should possess strong analytical abilities and deep interest in internet / ecommerce ecosystem - Go getter, with deep sense of ownership and good inter personable skills - MBA and B.Tech / B.E. from Premiere institute We are an equal opportunity employer.
