Meesho - Senior Financial Analyst - CA (2-4 yrs)
Job Brief :
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to provide accurate and data-based information on company's profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity. You will research and analyse financial information to help company make well informed decisions, write reports and monitor financial movements.
Responsibilities :
- Publishing periodic dashboards/trackers on key business metrics as per defined timelines
- Support in planning/reporting exercises
- Consolidating inputs from finance & non-finance stakeholders
- Performing deep dive & analysis of P&L/financial data
- Leading basis program management for identified initiatives
- Providing support during month end closing activities
- Develop financial models, conduct bench marking and process analysis
- Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models
- Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to a senior Business Finance Partner based on sound analysis
- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function
Must-Have Skills :
- 2 to 4 years Exp, Chartered Accountant / Intermediate or Post-Graduate in Finance from a tier 1/ tier 2 University or business school.
- Should hold 2+ years of experience as Financial Analyst
- Strong analytical rigor and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication & Interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proactive takes initiative, self-motivated, team player
- Strong collaboration, stake holder management and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to hustle
