Meesho - Regional Manager - Sales (3-8 yrs)
We in Meesho, are on a mission to add the next 10 million suppliers in our platform and want to enable every supplier in the market to grow business with us. As a Regional Manager in Meesho, you will be responsible for managing a team of City leads and FOS team on ground. You will be working closely with Senior leaders and drive business by onboarding the selections & suppliers.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage & build a region to enable and acquire suppliers in specific categories and with desirable trends.
- Develop a GTM as per goals with an ambition of getting 10X achievement in acquiring suppliers and selections
- Identify the underpenetrated hubs in the region and drive the team towards building supplier base.
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensures supplier are successful within N+30 days on their tenure with platform
- Hire, train and manage a team of Sales & City leads
