Meesho is building a disruptive distribution channel via social selling on WhatsApp, Facebook, and other social channels. Meesho has so far enabled more than 50 thousand suppliers and 7 million entrepreneurs to start and grow their online business without any investment, providing tools around sourcing, logistics and payments. These entrepreneurs are small retailers, housewives, students, retired citizens, and many other aspiring entrepreneurs across India.

Farmiso:

Grocery has the biggest share of the overall retail spend in India and is projected to be a $800B market in 2024, of which the majority contribution comes from non-metro cities. Grocery market in Metro and Tier 1 has become crowded with a lot of players trying to solve the supply chain but the higher cost of logistics restricts these players to disrupt the lower tiers.

Job Brief:

We are looking to onboard a Program Manager, will be responsible for driving strategy and initiatives/process improvement programs focused on reducing cost by improving efficiency, reducing volume and Turn around time in Program and Improve Customer experience.




The key objectives of this role will be :-

1) Demonstrate strong knowledge of improving processes through Six Sigma/Lean/methods and can perform complex Analysis when exposed to unstructured and structured data

2) Picking important projects that enables achievement of business objectives and drives growth.

3) Establish and continually improve the consistency, predictability and efficiency of the Customer Excellence project delivery by providing leadership and sharing best practices.

4) Roll-out organizational goals/objectives with in-house and Partner teams and maintain strong relationships with Partner Leadership.

5) Work across functions (Operations, Process Design, Product, Training, HR, Technology etc.) to align on the project charter & lead the end to end deployment.

6) Bring in scalable, long term and global outside-in perspective while solving for seller issues, improving efficiency and reducing contacts.
