Meesho has so far enabled 10,00,000+ social sellers across 500+ towns to start and grow their online business, with tools around sourcing, logistics and payments. These social sellers are small retailers, housewives, students, retired citizens and many other aspiring entrepreneurs across India. Meesho is funded by SAIF Partners, Sequoia Capital, Y Combinator & Venture Highway. We are looking for dynamic, open-minded self-starters who enjoy Business Leadership roles and would like to build a Category in an extremely fast-growing e-commerce company impacting millions of Indians. Roles & Responsibilities : - Building and scaling new user growth initiatives. - Conduct small and fast experiments to validate hypotheses, and to arrive at data-driven decisions. - Scaling the successful experiments to have meaningful contribution to the platform's growth. - Setting up processes and teams for the new initiatives. Skills & Qualifications : - 2-5 years of experience in strategy, operations, program management. - Experience in building and scaling programs from scratch. Hands on, high ownership. - Bachelors/Masters degree from Tier-I Engineering/MBA college. - Data-driven, structured problem solver, with excellent communication skills.
