About Meesho

Meesho is building a disruptive social distribution channel via social sellers selling on WhatsApp, Facebook and other social channels. Meesho has so far enabled 10,00,000+ social sellers across 500+ towns to start and grow their online business, with tools around sourcing, logistics and payments. These social sellers are small retailers, housewives, students, retired citizens and many other aspiring entrepreneurs across India.

Meesho is Series B funded by SAIF Partners, Y Combinator & Venture Highway.

Job Description:-

As a Product Manager at Meesho, you will building the platform for next 20 MN entrepreneurs in India. You'll create products that lets Resellers start their business from home without any investment. You would keep juggling around with multiple missions - from increasing Activation to increasing Engagement.

Here is a sampling of questions that product managers ask themselves:

- How can I develop or enable acquisition channels leveraging product?

- How do I enable new signups get started with platform in the easiest manner?

- How do I enable search and discovery for my matured users?

- How do I drive users to share more products in their community and hence earn more?

- How can my platform enable users to manage their business seamlessly?

- How do I create the best post order experience?

Key traits for a product manager at Meesho are strong customer orientation, in-depth problem solving, data driven decision-making and long-term thinking.

What is needed:

- 4 - 7 years of prior product management experience in an internet based company

- A bachelor's degree from IIT or BITS

- MBA degree from IIM / ISB will be add-on
