Job Brief:

As a Product Design Manager, you will help our product design team to focus on the user and make sure were solving the right problems with the best solutions. You will guide teams through complex problem spaces on their journey to get to simple, user-friendly solutions. Along with building great products, you must be passionate about spend a lot of time mentoring designers and finding new talent.

Responsibilities:

- Shape and communicate a compelling long-term design strategy and vision

- Shipping exceptionally high UX quality on your projects

- Developing baseline knowledge and deep expertise in your product area

- Experience with prototyping and taking a product/feature from the idea stage through to launch and validation.

- Knowledge of current UX best practices, including user research and accessibility across Product thinking, you consider the business goals, implications, and possibilities of your design solutions. You think about how a problem affects the entire system and can see the bigger picture. You can balance between craft, speed and the bottom line.

- User- centricity, you put the user at the heart of the solution. You always think like a user and actively advocate for creating the best experience for them

- Communication and Collaboration, you are a great team player and very open to feedback.

- You can articulate and present your ideas to other stakeholders. You are humble and a good listener who likes to collaborate.

Must-Have Skills

- Relevant work experience of 5+ years (preferably E-com industry)

- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary UX / Product design teams to deliver high-quality projects at scale

- Proficient in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools.

- Knowledge of current UX best practices, including user research and accessibility across mobile and web

- Strong communication & Interpersonal skills

- Proactive takes initiative, self-motivated, team player

- Willingness to hustle
