Meesho - Operations Manager (2-4 yrs)
Meesho is creating the next big e-commerce distribution channel via homepreneurs selling on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. Meesho's network is 20,000+ homepreneurs strong across 150+ cities in India. Meesho is a Y Combinator S16 startup and Series A funded by top VC in India.
We are looking for dynamic, open minded self starters who can champion the Meesho vision and align resources to develop and execute short-term and long-term strategies for new and existing capabilities.
About the Role:
Responsibilities
- Timely review and updation of SOPs and recommend changes/re-define processes in line with business goals
- Ensure that team's KPIs are monitored, actions are taken, evaluated accordingly and delegated properly
- Ensure fill rate and OTIF as per supply plan
- Working with tech and product team to resolve/upgrade/troubleshoot any issues as required.
- Proactively identify opportunities and provide alternatives/solutions for process improvement
Required Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English/Hindi required
- Complete working knowledge of MS Excel is a must
