As a Manager - Seller Experience in Meesho's Customer Experience team you will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate and professional operational support to all sellers onboarded in the app. Job Responsibility: - Serve as the first point of contact for all Seller service escalations - Liaise with other internal departments as required to resolve vendor's issues and questions - Account management - Manage Day to Day service deliverables.
