About the Role :

- As Manager of Paid Marketing, you'll be working in the Growth team to execute our acquisition & retention demand plan while optimising the customer acquisition costs.

- Building strategy for scaling existing marketing channels

- Diversifying to new acquisition & retention channels

What we look for:

- 1-3 years of experience in Advertising with Facebook, Adwords.

- Understanding of fundamental marketing concepts.

- Quantitative Aptitude.

- Cultural fit: Structured problem solving skills. Willingness to experiment. Ability to work in a flat hierarchy. Excellent communication skills.
