Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on, creative, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly-motivated Marketing Manager to help scale our customer acquisition efforts. The person will take lead in identifying and developing acquisition channels to acquire homepreneurs. Defining brand and communication guidelines for all marketing campaigns will also be a key responsibility. The person will constantly strive to improve our marketing KPIs and build a brand that homepreneurs will aspire to work with.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for end-to-end execution on marketing programs, from strategic planning stages through implementation to performance monitoring:
- Identify and develop acquisition channels - online as well offline
- Manage P&L and KPIs for all campaigns
- Optimize costs per acquisition and reach for each channel
- Define branding & communication guidelines, ensure compliance
- Create innovative marketing programs, and promotions
- Develop targeted messages based on the key value propositions and use cases.
- Manage content development to support your campaigns including online, print and video media
- Use comprehensive data to measure performance of programs and drive innovation.
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Deep knowledge of online marketing methods, tools and strategies
- Ability to plan, develop and execute complex multi-platform campaigns.
- Strong understanding of customer personas - their goals and requirements
- Strong communication skills & great design sense to manage content development
- Proficiency using tools to track and report on campaign/channel performance
- Experience of budgeting, reporting and analysis
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; relies on data driven decision making
- Outstanding skills at initiating, managing and growing strategic relationships with third parties
- A self-starter - never hesitates to roll up your sleeves and take on something hands-on
- Experience in fashion commerce is a plus
Basic Qualifications
- Graduate or Post graduate from a Tier 1 college
- 3 to 4 years of experience across performance marketing and brand development
