Job Brief:

As a Fulfilment Operations Manager, you are expected to deliver all operational support in the fulfillment area. You will act as one of the core pillars to lead the communications and negotiations with the suppliers. Designing, leading, and owning the operations processes will be very crucial role.

Responsibilities:

- Provide operational support and guidance to team to ensure maximum productivity

- Collaborate with different 3PLs to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps

- Lead/strategies, communications, and negotiations with external suppliers

- Lead/manage the team-ensure the KRAs of the team members are met and assist/train them in achieving the same

- Own ops processes - Vendor alignment, volume projections, seasonality. Control

- Reconcile statuses and ensure loss recovery from 3PL

- Demonstrates continuous initiative and provides recommendations for improving processes.

Must-Have Skills : 

- Work experience of 1 to 3 years in E-com or Supply chain company

- Strong analytical rigor and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication & Interpersonal skills

- Proactive takes initiative, self-motivated, team player

- Willingness to hustle
