Farmiso:
Grocery has the biggest share of the overall retail spend in India and is projected to be a $800B market in 2024, of which the majority contribution comes from non-metro cities. Grocery market in Metro and Tier 1 has become crowded with a lot of players trying to solve the supply chain but the higher cost of logistics restricts these players to disrupt the lower tiers.
The key objectives of this role will be :-
1) Daily logistics performance dashboard shared across location.
2) Call for action against poor performing KPIs.
3) Laisoning with Field and central team for RCA.
4) Automation of information flow from field to center.
5) Standardization of reports and measurement tools across WH's.
6) Setup tech for real time data visibility and solutioning.
7) Daily reporting of performance against Key logistics KPI.
8) Dynamic visibility of logistics performance against key KPIs.
What we look for:
1) Well versed with advanced analytics, coding and query writing is a must.
2) 5 to 8 years of Logistics control tower experience
3) Should have managed F&V and Grocery category control tower for atleast 3+ years
4) Qualification Btech, Msc, Mtech, MBA from Tier 1 institute
5) Good understanding of WH and logistics costs.
6) Good Understanding logistics KPIs and SLAs.
7) Candidates from Internet/Consulting industry will be preferred.
