These entrepreneurs are small retailers, housewives, students, retired citizens, and many other aspiring entrepreneurs across India.

About Farmiso:

Grocery has the biggest share of the overall retail spend in India and is projected to be a $800B market in 2024, of which the majority contribution comes from non-metro cities. Grocery market in Metro and Tier 1 has become crowded with a lot of players trying to solve the supply chain but the higher cost of logistics restricts these players to disrupt the lower tiers.

The key objectives of this role will be :

1) Planning city launch for a given market

2) Driving monthly city demand targets in terms of absolute customer order

3) Daily Performance management of DH, CDH

4) CAC for champion onboarding

5) Champion and customer churn management

6) Templatization of FOS onboarding

7) Daily operations of Demand control tower

8) Daily performance management of CM

9) Daily performance management of FOS

What we look for:

1) 3-4 years of experience in Business development

2) Should have city launch and expansion experience of 4+ years

3) Qualification MBA / B-tech from tier 1 institute

4) Good understanding expansion KPIs

5) Understanding of F&V business is a big plus

6) 50 to 60% travel within the region
