As part of our newly formed Product Ads team, you will join the team in ideating new and exciting ways to reach out to our users. As Business Development Manager, you will help our team support our entrepreneurs (endemic and non-endemic) in meeting their advertising goals. Our objective is to leverage new advertising products (e.g. display ads) to help drive supplier/brand awareness and sales. We are responsible for generating sufficient demand as part of the overall growth strategy. When you join us, you will also play a part in starting new team bonding rituals in our team. As one of the initial members of the Product Ads team, you will play a huge role in laying the foundation for everything our team stands for and will do. A typical day for you will involve driving maximum ROI for the platform and our partners. You will do this by creating compelling marketing campaigns. You will also work towards building and scaling opportunities for Meesho's Display Marketing. You will work closely with the Monetization team to influence Meesho's brand journey powerfully What you will do : - Plan and execute various marketing and engagement constructs on our app - Partner with brands, category teams and product teams on a wide variety of marketing activities (planning, execution, etc.) - Stay on top of relevant metrics to ensure constant improvement and quality check for better results - Create data-based recommendations for campaigns and real estate to optimize performance metrics for brands - Track, analyze and report performance of various constructs/activities/campaigns in a timely manner - Keep abreast of industry best practices and innovations which can help us improve our app - Liaise with various stakeholders within the organization to optimize for the platform What you will need : - An undergraduate degree in any discipline is a must - An MBA/Post-Graduate degree is preferable - 2+ years work of experience in campaign/account/performance management in a marketing, or growth role - Proven analytical abilities and familiarity with analytical tools such as MS Excel/ Google Sheets - Experience liaising with multiple stakeholders to construct well-crafted campaigns maximizing campaign ROI - Proven ability to multi-task, think critically, and execute tactically - Prior startup experience is a plus Note: For your candidature to be considered on this job, you need to apply necessarily on the redirected career page of the company as well.
