About the Role - Create various algorithms for optimizing demand & supply data - Data analysis and solution building based on insights capture from data - Responsible for giving insights to management and help in strategic planning - Analyse metrics, key indicators and other available data sources to discover root causes of process defects. - Works across multiple internal & external teams. May lead virtual teams in completing projects/activities. - Engage directly with our internal customers to find, prioritize, improve and assimilate better business processes. - Scope, document and submit requirements for systems changes, backed up by business case and impact analysis. - Propose simple, scalable and effective ideas and best practices in your domain of expertise. - Analyze and model data, processes and business rules. - Continuously track the realized business value and ongoing customer satisfaction from delivered solutions, be it self-service, automation or customers contacting - Independently performing analysis using tools like SQL, MicroStrategy and R What we look for - Graduate from a Tier-1 College (IIT/IIM/BITS) - 2 to 5 yrs of work experience - SQL, data mining, Data Visualization, Data Analytics, Data Management - Startup Cultural Fit: willingness to learn, to innovate, to take initiative, to think beyond conventional dogma, ability to work in a flat organisation - Strong analytical aptitude in problem solving - Should be good at multitasking, critical thinking, and comfortable with tactical execution - Proven track record of finding innovative solutions to business problems
