Meesho - Associate Program Manager

We are looking for a strong, independent and innovative thinker for Category marketing Department. You will be working in a customer facing environment. Day to day activities will need the following skill set in an ideal candidate :

- Lead the planning and execution of real estates constructs to drive order growth on the platform.

- Analyze data, identify trends and insights, and optimize on performance basis data

- Come up with new initiatives to drive order growth and optimize on user funnels.

- Measure and timely report performance of marketing constructs

- Make marketing plans for launching of new categories/ scaling them up on the platform

- Should be goal oriented and able to track and report performance of various constructs/activities/campaigns in a timely manner.

- Should be able to approach problems in a structured manner

- Candidate should have an experience of working in a start-up

Mandatory Skills:

- Stakeholder management

- Basic SQL querying is a plus

- High Ownership

- Problem Solving

- The candidate must be from NIT/IIT/IIM/ BITS PILANI
