We're a young team looking for our next core team-member, an Assistant Manager - Strategy & Operations . We've already started developing our first product which will launch in the coming weeks, and have three more in the pipeline. Our team works closely with product, finance, F&E, seller growth, data science, and analytics teams. As a Financial Services team, we always look at the bottom line. And the bottom line is in this team, you should expect to have fun as you learn and grow. About the Role : In this role, you'll get a chance to build a new business from scratch. Right from defining strategy to liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders for actioning the strategy, you'll be at the forefront of developing new financial services for end customers. What You Will Do : Problem Solving : Hey, we are building this for the first time. And as we go about it, we will encounter multiple problems to be solved to create a truly differentiated offering for our consumers. You will own some of these major roadblocks on our path to success. Project Management : Razor sharp focus and well-planned execution is the key factor needed to make a strategy successful. You will be expected to drive and manage multiple work streams simultaneously and prioritize them effectively. Stakeholder Management : You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
