Meesho - Assistant Manager/Manager - Talent Acquisition (5-11 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
- Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire
- Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication)
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
Must-Have Skills :
- Proven experience for at least 4 years as a TA specialist and overall, 5 to 11 years of recruitment experience (Start up exp. is preferable)
- Bachelors/master's degree in any discipline
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Excellent communicator
- A leader and strategic thinker
