The position's purpose :

- We are seeking a hands-on AGM digital Marketing to lead a team of digital & growth marketers to expand Medvarsity`s digital reach and engagement in India & other international geographies.

- The AGM- Digital Marketing will help us expand our digital presence at each stage of the purchase funnel through search engine marketing, search engine optimization, partnerships, social media, email, and content marketing.

- This role will also build our digital marketing capabilities on other mediums in addition to Google, Facebook, Instagram & YouTube. You will work closely with our head of growth to develop and execute the company's digital strategy.

- This is a great opportunity to be "in charge" of digital & growth marketing for a growing Ed-tech healthcare company and to apply your skills in new and creative ways.

- This role requires specific qualities, skills and experience and the most relevant profile would be prioritized.

- Previous digital marketing leadership role but also hands-on.

- 10 to 15 years of work experience & exposure. Out of which minimum of 6- 8 years with an online brand.

- Experience to manage a team. Able to work independently, comfortable managing several tasks simultaneously

- Thrive in a collaborative environment and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously to make key decisions, thorough understanding of key metrics & website/app analytics.

- Ability to turn business requirements into deliverables.

- You will be disruptive in a work environment that requires a systematic and deliberate approach to your work assignment.

- Your role is described as needing some predictability and consistency where tasks are done in an orderly and systematic way.

- You need to spend a great deal of time working on and executing strong attention to the details and specifics of their work assignments and maintains a higher level of energy

Major Objectives & Deliverables:

- Create, manage, deploy & measure online marketing campaigns for all brands of Medvarsity ( Medvarsity.com, BookMySim, Dosily & Healthjobs) including extensive content-driven email, social and targeted advertising campaigns.

- Identify key shifts in performance marketing and leverage the same to drive higher budget efficiency quarter on quarter.

- Ensure the consistency of the company's brand in all web, social, and external platforms.

- Refine, optimize, and continually update social presence (YouTube channel, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

- Develop and execute an online customer acquisition plan designed to maximize site traffic and sales demand.

- Optimize paid/organic search traffic and order conversion, while meeting cost per acquisition targets. Design test strategies and creative optimization.

- Collaborate with the brand team for the creative development, content production, and execution of all web content and promotional items.

- Collaborate with the inside sales, technology, category and operations to achieve the team goals set for the month, quarter, and year.
