Medvarsity - Direct Sales Head (14-25 yrs)

As the Head of Direct Sales of your Region you have to drive revenue of our E-Learning and live/virtual classes offerings across all major metros in India. You must have a proven Sales record in pharma, ed-tech, medical or healthcare industry and are comfortable with leading high performing Direct Sales Teams to achieve aggressive revenue targets month on month. You will be responsible to lead, coach, inspire and manage our Direct Sales organization and bring a strong background of proven B2C sales experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Must and should have worked for Ed-Tech/ Health Care Industry.

- Define and Structure a Direct Sales as New Vertical for generating Revenue and drive field sales initiatives.

- Define and track performance management across all roles in the Direct Sales within the organization .

- Own revenue, market share and P&L goals with focus on sales efficiency, reduced cost of acquisitions and collections.

- Continually monitor conversion rates, redefining process, team performance with the focus on increased revenue growth.

- Attract, enable and retain a highly motivated Sales Team that prides on achieving targets and earning their incentives consistently.

- Partner with support organization to drive exceptional customer experience

Experience :

- Proven enterprise sales record with consistent delivery against commitments

- Proven experience in managing multi-location teams across diverse regions.

- Experience in Healthcare industry or Ed-Tech is preferred

- Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred

- 14+ years of progressive inside sales/business development experience with previous/current target exceeding 30 Cr. annually.

- Proven experience in identifying, recruiting and managing high performance teams

- Ability to work in high ambiguity situations and monthly target closures
