Medvarsity - Creative Director


We're looking for a visual storyteller, a creative expert who's able to work across multiple brands and faces of Medvarsity and craft appropriate visual strategies that connect and appeal to the respective audience. The ideal person will have an established body of work spread across digital and traditional media and is able to lead ideation and implementation from the front. This role is part of a matrixed structure and is responsible for defining the visual communication language for Medvarsity's marketing and clinical content team.

What you'll be doing :

- Create brand and design strategies across different product portfolios

- Build contextual visual guidelines for respective teams based on the target audience, engagement styles, and engagement expectations.

- Ensure brand consistency across different projects while delivering on the visual expectations of the target market.

- Work with technology, marketing, and content teams to ensure all touch points are connected through a visually/creatively consistent thread.

- Inspire the larger organization through the innovative creative strategy that helps every function get close to its audience.

What we're looking for :

- 10+ years of experience with at least 2+ years as a creative director

- Should have passion for design to solve problems, focus on design research, user-centricity & innovation while being a part of a full-stack design environment.

- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to pick up abstract ideas and craft them into visually compelling stories.

- Hands-on approach to evolving creative strategies, in other words being able to demonstrate and teach to larger teams rather than tell.

- Proven experience in a creative direction across digital media.

- Ability to work in high ambiguity situations and multiple overlapping priorities

- A Brand Fanatic that's able to consistently translate the brand's vision and promise into visual stories that the audience can engage with.

- Decent understanding of ethnography
