Medvarsity - AVP/VP - Inside Sales - B2C Segment (16-30 yrs)
As the AVP/VP - Inside Sales, you have to drive revenue of our elearning and live/virtual class offerings across all major metros in India. You should strategize and implement any business plan as part of expansion. You have a proven sales record in Edtech/ Inside Sales and should be comfortable working under pressure and can chase sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the plan and strategies for expanding sales in your designated markets and collaborate with other sales leaders to meet the overall company goals.
- Own revenue, market share and P&L goals with focus on sales efficiency, reduced cost of acquisitions and collections.
- Manage multi-location teams and improve sales operations through training, job rotation and recruitment
- Manage online lead generation process through partners and drive increased conversion ratios
- Must have experience in handling Inside Sales Team of minimum team size of 200+ headcount
- Must have worked chasing daily Telesales Target
Experience:
- Proven enterprise sales record with consistent delivery against commitments
- Experience in Inside Sales with proven track record in Edtech is preferred
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
- 15 - 20 years of progressive Inside sales experience with previous/current target of in 15+ crores.
- Proven experience in identifying, recruiting and managing high performance teams
- Ability to work in high ambiguity situations and monthly target closures
- Travel required for this job
