The role of the AGM - Academic Partnership is focused on establishing, managing, nurturing and growing our business relationship with International medical societies/Colleges/ Institutes/ Hospitals/ Healthcare Giants . This will involve collaborating with medical associations, societies, hospitals to get our courses endorsed, accredited and certified.

The role will include customer relationship management and business development activities. Candidates with life sciences background and a track record of consistent sales achievement will be preferred.

Job Description:

- Collaborate and develop business relationships with International and national medical associations/Medical Societies/Medical Colleges/ Institute/ Hospitals and Healthcare clients to get endorsement and accreditation for our targeted programs.

- Develop account plans and implement strategies to grow the key accounts in Pan India

- Ensure requisite efforts including site visits, preparing written proposals, conveying value proposition of certification Program and services

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

- Identify opportunities and prospects with detailed research on accounts and market segment in general

- Adopt consultative sales approach in engaging with clients and prospects

- Deliver exceptional client service consistently

- Maintain accurate records of our clients including all contacts, sales activity and deal status.

- Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by your manager on a permanent or temporary basis.

Qualifications and Experience:

- B.Pharma./B. Sc./MBBS/BDS

- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in building relationship with Healthcare segment with demonstrated ability to grow business relationships

- Preference will be given to those with experience in a sales role focused from EdTech/ Healthcare Industry

- Strong familiarity with Healthcare industry is expected

- Demonstrable experience of deploying customer driven approach and good customer engagement skills will be preferred

- Willingness to travel (50% or more) is expected
