The incumbent will be deputed at a big corporate hospital in Mumbai, while they will be a permanent employee of Medtronic. Main Purpose of Role (1) The Inventory Analyst shall report to the OT Manager and shall be responsible for the day to day materials management operations within OTs and the Endoscopy Suites. (2) Utilizing the inventory management system developed for the purpose, the Inventory Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that the local booking of delivered stock and consumption reporting is accurate and conforms to work instructions and good practice. (3) Managing new product entries and obsolescence reporting will be a key requirement as well as ensuring product availability in a timely manner and managing stock levels and expirations. (4) Liaising with Medtronic back office function will be a key responsibility to ensure commitments are honored. Main Responsibilities (1) Initial setup of the operation. Working with the Project team to finalize the building of the new facilities and set up of the systems, storage solutions and pathways for operation of the Managed Services Agreement. (2) Obsolescence &amp; short Use by Date Management. Monitor and implement initiatives to decrease the obsolescence risk. (3) Process Improvements. Execute local process improvement initiatives to manage expectations of the client (4) Subject Matter Expert. Become the subject matter expert for the inventory management system and therefore the local point of contact for all related issues updates and enquires. (5) Returns. Solely responsible to be main point of contact and organize all returns. (6) Reports. Run all daily, weekly and ad-hoc report requests from finance. (7) Support product entry planning and execution. Qualifications/Experience (1) Communication. Good English language skills are an absolute requirement (2) Education. A good standard of general education, commercial awareness &amp; professionalism. (3) Experience. Working in supply chain/ inventory related roles, or data analyst roles. In addition, working with private companies in the healthcare sector
